Redemptions Aukland/Sydney to England
 
I'm trying to find the best option and use of points. I'm going to be in Aukland in late March / early April (and can also get to Sydney if needed) my next stop would be Singapore on to England (LHR/MAN) and then on to the U.S. My plan now is to use SQ from SYD-IAH using 2 $100 stopovers via SIN and MAN so (SYD-SIN-MAN-IAH)

I have a lot of points with SQ, AA, AS, BA, and KE. Any better choices or deals to be had?

Class of travel?
Other than SQ SYD-SIN-MAN-IAH what you found?
AA AS & BA have many common ff partners, so options with those may be limited.
BA fly SYD-SIN-LHR. Fewer options from AKL, but CX fly AKL-HKG
AS awards allow stopover, but award chart is restricted
Easter is 19 - 22 April and is a busy time for travel

When you checked the websites of the FFPs where you have tons of miles, what options came up?
