Mileage points from United to Eva Air
Hello, I have a United Mileage Plus account that I'm kind of considering whether I should keep it or not. I imagine I will be flying mostly long haul flights in the future using EVA Air than United (Asia to Canada). Now I'm thinking, is there any advantages if I register a new account in EVA air for their mileage program or should I just keep my United Mileage Plus? I understand they're Star alliance partners but since I am going to fly mostly on EVA, I'm not so sure on the disadvantages if I keep the United Plus membership. Any thoughts would be helpful. Thanks.
