Accuracy of Miles Count for Combined Programs?
 

Please redirect to different forum as appropriate. I logged in to the new combined program tonight. I see my Dividend Miles made the transition, but I don't see that my AAdvantage miles made it. Is there any way I can see how they came up with the combined balance that is currently showing in my account? Is there a number I can call, website I can navigate to, etc.? Thanks!

Because they changed the mileage merger date 4 times in the last 2 weeks. I've now got 2 AAdvantage Numbers that need to be merged into my Lifetime Platinum.

Their rush to scrap the better US Dividend Awards turned the whole integration into a Fiasco.

I'm guessing the same that a second AAdvantage account was created.

Welcome to FlyerTalk. You probably do have two AA accounts, but you'll soon be able to merge them.

In all, the frequent flyer program merger seems to have been prepared for well, and most are reporting their satisfaction with the process.

The FFP merger date was never changed; they clearly announced March 28 as the target, that those who failed (or mismatched) to match their accounts in preparation for merging will probably have more than one AAdvantage account and will soon have the opportunity to merge those accounts on aa.com.

The American Airlines Combined Airline and Programs forum has two threads of interest in which these issues are addressed thoroughly. Why CEO Parker chose to retain one FFP over the other is not a worthwhile discussion, as we have no control or say in his team's decisions.
