Lost companion ticket offer
 

I was mailed an offer for 2 companion tickets at $99.00. However, I lost the offer letter. I have called repeatedly to US AIRWAYS with no response and emailed customer service 72 hours ago. Any advice or contact information on how to get the offer letter resent? Thank you

I scan and/or take a picture of the US companion pass every year. I've lost it several times, and even though they ask you to mail it in, nothing happens if you don't. You just need the codes from the document, which a scanned copy takes care of :). Hopefully Kenny's suggestion works, but in the future, I recommend making a digital copy!
