Priority Security Lane Perk Question

I have Gold Status on US Airways and one of the perks is the use of the priority security lane. Whenever I fly US Air, I just flash my boarding pass (which says my status) and get through the priority lane.

I am flying JetBlue tomorrow. As long as I am an airport that doesn't have airline specific terminals, can I use my status on US Air to get through the priority security line?

Thanks

I understand that I can use the perk when I fly US Air (since my boarding pass will say "preferred" on it so the security line agent will let me through.

My question is, can I flash my US Air card and a non-US Air boarding pass and still get through the priority security lane?

Technically, no. In practice, maybe. (Often there's nobody guarding the priority lane, anyway.)

I've used my UA Premier card to go through the Premier line when I've ended up on a Southwest flight. Never had an issue. The Global Entry card works everywhere there's a TSA Pre lane. It gets imprinted on the boarding pass if your number is attached to your FF profile. Super nice, go through security with shoes on, etc.

Your GE card shouldn't help you unless you've been selected for PreCheck that day. In fact, for your GE to have any impact on TSA security, you must be flying a carrier that participates in PreCheck and have the GE number associated with your booking--or just get lucky like everyone else these days, which is of course unlucky for those of us with GE or airline status that makes us eligible for PreCheck.
