Many of the hotels I tried, eg Connaught, Ambassador seem to be all booked for the dates I need. I did get booking for above....but the rate seems awfully low....has anyone ever stayed there?

Which date are you trying for and how many nights?

I've never heard of the place you mentioned.

Nilgiri's is a department store chain, so I don't understand. :confused:

Nilgiri's Nest is part of the Nilgiri's dept store group !
From what I have heard, it is quite basic accomodation but clean for the price.
