International Transit

Hi
I feel sure thee must be a topic here on this but I just can't find it.

Is international transit via India currently permitted? Specifically at DEL or BOM? Looking to travel in from London and onward to Columbo Sri Lanka. There's a fair amount of reward space on BA/VS but from all my reading and searching around I can't establish whether this would be permitted.

I understand that India is about to become more welcoming to UK travellers - presumably this would have some impact on the above?

Asking as a double vaccinated UK adult.

Any input would be greatfully received.

Thanks

Right now international transit remains suspended. You won't be allowed to board unless you fulfill the bubble agreements which only allow BA to bring in UK/europe traffic.

The Regulations on pandemic updating on day to day basis. Keep an eye on DGCA's latest guidelines to enter the borders follow accordingly otherwise it will be a headache to deal with the issues.
