Connecting Flights Pune to Toronto

Hi, I am travelling from Pune to Toronto with layover in Delhi and London. From Pune to Delhi by Vistara and remaining journey British Airways (Codeshare American airlines). Journey is single itenary.
* Would Vistara transfer my luggage or I will have to self transfer?
* Where would the immigration be Pune or Delhi?
* Have 2 hrs 40mins layover in Delhi. Would that be sufficient to complete all procedures such as security and immigration, keeping some time off in case of delays?

Vistara will check your luggage all the way to Toronto. You have to report to BA in Delhi and collect your onward boarding passes from them. Make sure you show them the receipts of the bags you checked with vistara. You will have to do immigration in Delhi. 2h40m is more than enough.

Thank you for the reply. I forgot to mention I will be booking tickets from American airlines codeshare with BA Delhi onwards. Would anything change in this scenario?

Yes, BA was one of the first to use UK for domestic feeders, long before 9W went belly up.
