DEL layover - hire driver before or get taxi?
 
I have a layover in Delhi - arriving around noon and departing at night - if I know where I want to go, is it easier/cheaper to hire a driver beforehand for the day, or just hail down taxis everywhere I go?

Just use uber or ola, Delhi has a good setup and the market is regulated.

you can hire a taxi for the day at the airport but using uber / ola will be considerably cheaper....

Okay I will use Uber. Have you guys used Uber's Hire Go Hire Premier? I can just use that for 10 hours and it would only cost 15 bucks?

never tried that....$15 is a good deal for 10 hours....renting a car at the airport for a similar time period will cost you more, albeit not much more....the last time i hired a car for 8 hours in mumbai, it cost me around $20....
