Question A U.S. citizen with US passport can fly from Vancouver to India with eVisa

A U.s. citizen has U.s. Passport and applying for eVisa to fly from Seattle USA to India but when checking for prices ..she found that instead Seattle if she travels from Vancouver to Ahmedabad (which is only 2 more hours from Seattle) she can save a lot of money instead of buying ticket from Seattle to Ahmedabad. So wondering after getting evisa from USA ...can she board from Vancouver?

The e-visa does not specify a departure point, as long as the passenger is arriving at one of the 28 designated e-visa airports.
