TAT for Amex MR to Marriott Bonvoy

How much time does it take to transfer Amex India MR points to Marriott’s Bonvoy (man I hate that name!)? Has anyone done this recently?

Amex people say it takes 14 days... is that the actual time it takes or their service delivery commitment time? Why it should take that long - Amex US transfers happen instantaneously to Marriott!

I had applied for Point transfer on 6th May. This was first transfer so My Marriott account was not registered. I got mail on 7th May informing my application for transfer is in process. Received mail 9th morning that My Marriott account successfully registered. In Evening my point got transferred.

So overall it took 4 days to transfer when Marriott was not registered.

it has always taken me anywhere from 3-7 days....
