Hi All, this will be our first trip to India, we will need to transfer (happy to get a pre-paid taxi) from International to Domestic. There is conflicting advice on here regarding the time frame of the transfer.
Also any advise on good area's to sleep and whether there are any showers would be great. We will have an 8 hour layover.
Also if anyone know anything about Goa (hotel is booked), that would be very helpful.

but briefly, for an 8 hr layover i'd consider getting an earlier flight or a hotel in mumbai. no showers etc. though @bom airport. Estimate 2-2.5 hrs for transfer using the intra terminal coach.

there are a number of threads in the india forum about goa....a simple search should get you some good results....
