Is this the correct site: www.visa.blsindia-usa.com ? I keep getting server not found. Also if anyone has the New York office number I need to set-up an appointment since I never got to choose after my online application was finished or is it ok to just walk-in? If anyone knows the hours that would be really helpful too. I would greatly appreciate any help on this.

So I finally got in contact with their helpline and the CSR could not be any more rude. She kept saying thanks for calling have a good day bye in the middle of my question. She said there are no appointments available (NYC) so I have to mail it in. I don’t know how to pay for it though. When does that happen? She was so adamant on hanging up and she finally just hung up while I was in mid question. This happened twice.
