Connect Through BOM or DEL

Time for a quick poll -

If you had the choice of connecting through BOM or DEL which would it be?

Details : Travelling in J/F from LHR - UDR on a separate internal ticket from either BOM or DEL with 9w - take into account the transfer..

I agree, and I am a proud Mumbaikar, but that transfer at Sahar is ridiculous.

Del, even if you have to wait half a day at the airport. As for bombay, I love the city but international connections is a strict no no.

DEL -- everything about the airport experience beats BOM.

DEL, DEL, DEL.

And again DEL!

BOM is seriously horrid to transit thru, especially between international and domestic. DEL T3 on the other hand is very civilized.

Sorry I put UDR on title by mistake.. It was getting late last night here in London

The connection from in Delhi is indeed over 12hrs on return to connect 9w to BA whereas in BOM only 4 hrs but that soon goes in the hassle of changing airports.

I think DEL it is even if it means a long layover. I guess I can go and see Delhi by night rather than sit at airport for the whole time.

Unfortunately so. And with the metro now connecting central Delhi to T3, your plan to go into the city is even more feasible than ever.
