MASSIVE PROBLEM.. Date change required!
 
Hi there,

A few days ago I took advantage of a great 9w fare I found on opodo. I was booking LHR-BKK return and got a price of £356.60 (out in O and back in W). I searched out on 31/08 and back 08/09. I booked the ticket and through the payment made sure several times to correct information was all correct. I looked at my confirmation email just now and it shows my return flight as 08/10 1 month later!!!!! I don't know how this happened!

I need it changed back to 08/09. I can see my fare on the dates I need and it is now pricing at £343.60 (W both directions) and £356.60 (out in O and back in W). First of all will opodo be able to change this for free since I am sure it must be a technical fault with the booking process considering I checked so many times. If not how much will it cost? On this it says change on outbound £100 and change on inbound free of charge first time and £30 second time.
Have I interpreted these fare rules correctly????? Will the change be free even if opodo doesn't accept to change it for free?

I am a student and the cash doesn't come easily. I am travelling out to see my malaysian girlfriend before university restarts and really need to get this sorted so I don't let her down. Please could someone help me out! It would be greatly appreciated ^

First of all I would like to say thanks to Aniruddh for his help! FT really is a great thing when people genuinely help others ^

I spoke to a very nice Opodo agent who was understanding of my situation and managed to get everything sorted for me free of charge! ^'s up for Opodo, who will now receive alot of business from me in the future as a result of their fantastic customer care!
