Seat assignment on int'l 9W flights?
 

We're booked on 9W BOM-BKK in Première, and the website seems to suggest that we can assign seats at the time of booking. We have confirmed tickets (at least according to the e-ticket receipt, but not the PNR status - but I think that's because they're changing the flight times) How do I go about assigning seats, I guess I have to call them up as there doesn't seem to be any way of doing it online?

We have a child and infant in the booking which complicates things...

My own experience is that it is best to call them and request seat confirmationl. The chaps are usually very helpful.

Yes, just call and request your seats and then nearer the time call again (T-48 I think it is) and select the tele-check in option. I just did this a couple of minutes ago for a flight to SIN tomorrow night. When I tried to check in online using my PNR it didn't work but had no problems over the phone and I was able to get advice on the type of aircraft and the seating config. They were great ^

If you're in Premiere, you should be able to secure your seats *anytime*!

I'll call them then and ask for 3/4 seats in the front row ;)

Unfortunately we can't web-check in with 9W due to the presence of an infant and child on the booking. How I miss BAngalore.com somtimes! :p
