Air India A321 updated seat map?

This seat map for the A321 is from the Air India website, but does not match any online seat map I can find.
Anyone flown this before and have any details, or where to find a seat map?

Seems like the typical AI A321 that I fly frequently. The first 3 rows are business class seating with a 2X2 configuration. The rest is 3X3 economy seating.

Exit rows are 16 and 24 on the map for my flight, which is different from the exit rows 9 and 22 on the link (and other sites). Any differences between those 2 different seat configs?

I bought row 16, hoping it doesn't end up being a "regular" seat.

If you've paid for this beforehand, can always be re-confirmed at check in that it is indeed the emergency row seat.

Yeah thanks, I'll definitely do that. Was just hoping people who have flown on this config can comment on perhaps which rows are best, for example if row 16 has less legroom than 24 or a blocked window, next to a bathroom not on the seat map, etc.

So how do you know if it is the old Vistara setup with flat beds if they both have 2-2 seating? Im on MRU-BOM and hoping for a flat bed.

Few clues: the A321neo is only able to do these routes, and only the ex Vistara A321 are neos. The flight number to/from MRU is AI 2xxxx which on longhaul usually indicates operated by ex Vistara. And a peek at the recent flights to MRU shows the route is operated by VT-TVx which are all A321neo with flatbeds in C:
