AI Baggage Allowance Question
 
I am booked on DEL-SIN-SYD in SQ F and I am KF silver.
So my baggage allowance for that flight is 50 + 10 = 60 Kgs.

I have a separate booking HYD-DEL in AI J where the allowance is 35 kgs.

Is my best option to buy the excess 25kgs or will AI show any leeway in allowing my onward SQ flight allowance?
I am in DEL for 35 hours.

If you’re sure of using the additional 25kgs of baggage weight, then I would buy it.

AI will not care about your next flight and its associated baggage allowance (they might be able to check it through to SYD though!)

Expect no leeway from AI. Buy the excess baggage online before check-in. Its slightly cheaper.
