Does AI401 DEL-CCU exist?

I have a combined UA-LH-AI ticket with a DEL-CCU-DEL sector on AI that has been nothing short of a nightmare. Multiple schedule changes, flights disappearing from the ticket etc. I have probably spent 5-6 hours talking to my TA and LH to keep the itinerary alive. Now I see that AI is not selling tickets anymore for my AI401 on January 24. Does this flight still exist or do I need to pick up my phone again?

It seems they are rearranging the schedules between DEL & CCU to switch some flights to ex Vistara:

Very tempted to change to the shorter connection but not really ready to dare a 1h45m I/D connection in DEL with bags ;)

Thanks! So the flight is on timetable but there is no availability? Does that mean it's completely sold out or is it not actually going to fly on Jan 24?

Its taken out and replaced by AI 2747.

Damn! I hope they fix my itinerary soon. LH owns the ticket and their agent is still saying that AI401 is confirmed. AI agent is clueless as usual, just keeps saying that if there is any change, LH will get notified.

I remembered that AI 401 and other AI 4xx flights are vestigial remannts from the time when all east bound longhaul flights from DEL made a stop in CCU and vv. AI 4xx were the flights that went to S.E.Asia and Australia. Like all the AI 1xx are the westbound flights to Europe and N. America ;)

Yes, it was fixed a few days ago. AI changed the booking from AI401 to AI2747. Managed to keep the same seat too. I am not complaining about reaching my destination 30 mins early.
