Adding FF# to AI booking
Hello
I booked a ticket on AI BLR-MAA-DXB/DXB-BOM-BLR Booking was made on HDFC smartbuy/GoIbibo Economy (E) I am trying to add my FF (SQ *G) but I can't find an option to do so on AI website (I am able to input passenger info, select seats and book AVML) Any help or trick to do so will be appreciated. Worst case I will call AI TIA |

Calling AI doesn’t help - I tried last week - can only add during check-in as suggested above

Reach out them on Twitter. It worked for me the last time when I wanted to add my FF#.

Twitter DM works 100% of the time for me. Usually within minutes.

I sent AI a Twitter DM and they added the FF in 10-15 mins but I couldn't see the FF online to check it. During OLCI, I noticed that they had entered it incorrectly (correct number but incorrect carrier) which I was able to correct. |

I have a template message ready with me. Just have to change the PNR & E-ticket number and DM them on X. Hardly takes a minute of my time and they respond within minutes too. Of course all this can be avoided if only AI allowed updating FF# in manage reservation option.

I've sent them a couple DMs on X and they've never replied. I guess I'll just have to wait until OLCI.
In the same vein, can they update everyone's birthday in the reservation that changed when we booked? Literally every single person had their birthday changed to one day earlier. |
