Have there been any Indian court cases over in-flight paan-spitting? I would have thought that would have hit an Indian court long before an in-flight, public urination incident.

It seems the HC now directed the DGCA to make it possible for Mishra to appeal his flight ban. Crazy that he was not even able to appeal the ban:
