AI Ecommerce contact number
 

I am wondering if anyone has the AI e-commerce phone number. I have four F tickets in AI that got cancelled as AI cancelled that flight (AI 110). However they've been holding on to my refund for over a month now (~$27k).

I sent a note to the address on their website seeking a refund and spoke with their US number (US number advises sending an email to the [email protected] address).

unfortunately there are no other numbers....whenever i need anything done with ecommerce i have to end up making a visit to their city office in delhi....

i have a meeting at the ministry of civil aviation in a couple of weeks, which is in the building next door to the ai city office....if your issue is not resolved by that time then i can try to ask my sources there if there is any other direct number....
