Created a thread to track if lounges in India have or haven't opened yet and what kind of services they are offering now.

Have the GVK, Amex & Aviserv lounges in BOM opened? Any experience about the lounges in CCU?

I understand Premier Plaza has opened its lounges in DEL - providing socially distant services. What about the SQ & LH lounges?

Tfs has opened the lounge again in CCU on both intl and dom side. Lufthansa has permanently closed their lounge in DEL and will not open it again.

GVK Lounge in BOM is open although with limited pre-pack meals. They are also accepting PP & Diners/Master/Visa cards as well.

it has, albeit social distancing is only limited to them blocking off some seats....the lounge was pretty crowded last time i used it....

Plus Buffet is gone and you have service delivered to your table. Constant cleaning when someone leaves a table.

Finally !! When I flew CCU-DEL on 5th, it still hadn't opened.

Amex in Delhi also seems to be permanently closed.

Yups in domestic they've closed the PP/Diners lounge in BOM. So the main J GVK domestic lounge is catering to everybody. Crappy pre-packed meals - well crappy compared to the generally decent standard of food they used to serve. And seats blocked off.

Unfortunately didn't have time to check the BOM Amex lounge.
