Angry Pathetic service by Jet Privilege Team

A Miles redemption order was placed on the 8th June and my default Email ID was changed after a week. However even after multiple telecalls and emails, the updated email ID is not provided to the Gift handling partner GYFTR.

They are not in a position to send the coupons till they have the valid email Id

Kindly help, need to escalate this matter ASAP

what reason are they giving for not updating the new email????
