AI's doc lists Student ID as an acceptable proof - Technically she is still in training.
Copy of aadhar card with correct spelling of name would be fine I guess.

Spice jet / CISF let the pax fly with the company photo ID card - but I guess its based on who is manning the gate / counter

Use it all the time especially when I am heading to the airport from the office. Haven't been challenged so far. But one of the senior security guys did tell me once that it all depends on which organisation's badge you show - anything they can recognise easily is not a problem.
