Well technically Amex doesn’t really give any reward points (

Surprised no one has been talking about this... HDFC 10X on Smartbuy has reduced the cap from DCB from 25k to 15k points! 
I guess partner bonus will be cut similarly next month!
It's still @ 25k for Infinia, but they don't offer 10x partner bonuses. Ah decisions decisions....

I would be pretty happy if the current 15k + 25k is extended for the rest of the year. You can still book hotels this month in the MMT 25k cap and use the 15k for flights.

One major change is that the Diners booking portal has shut down and redemptions/bookings are now through Smartbuy. The Diners portal often had fantastic hotel rates sometimes almost 10-15% off all other rates and great customer service.

Can’t speak to the discounts but they do have a separate number for DCB customers. So I think that’s just a rebranding. CS should remain the same.
Do you get Marriott/Hilton reward points & stay credits when you book through the portal?

I've booked a number of Marriott stays and never received stay credit or points for room charges. Essentially it's like booking a hotel via Cleartrip. Also the DCB number is for concierge services only, all travel is handled through Smartbuy.
