AI aircraft in LIS on 03-Sept-2015
Just wondering why there was a AI plane in LIS on 03-Sep-2015. Plane was parked away from a gate. I thought AI didn't fly into LIS.

Thats a former A332 still in AI livery, which is now owned by Apollo Aviation.

reminds me of the time i saw a kingfisher aircraft in dubai a many years ago....before they flew there....i was told by someone that it was vijay mallaya's private plane....

Interestingly, Kingfisher had a 727 which i used to spot in BLR quite often back in the day when the airline was still operating..not sure where it is these days though...?

That was VJMs private jet, similar to Trumps 727. Its sitting in a former AFB in California now. It was transferred to KFA in 2007, VJM got himself a A319CJ about 5 years ago.
