PNQ-DEL-HEL
 
sAME PNR ON TICKET while coming to India and going back.
PNQ TO DEL is jet and then onward by Finnair. But we have one extra baggage we are allowed 2 for 2 pax.
Extra bag is 23 kgs so whose excess baggage policy applies here ? Finnair or jet airways ? Ticket is issued by Finnair and entire journey including return from India is on a single ticket

If it's on the same PNR, the higher of the 2 baggage allowance applies.
Ideally, the PNR / eTicket should have same baggage allowance listed for all flights.

finnair should apply....

it may not be a bad idea to get an email from finnair stating the same....make sure you carry a printout of that to show to jet in case they give you any problems in pnq....
