9W Premiere Class - Seat Selection

I'll be traveling from DEL-LHR on Jet Airways (777) business class as a family of 4 (including child in own seat and infant on Lap). I have never flown Jet Airways before and looking to get some advise on seat selection given that we will have an infant and a child with us. Thanks in advance for the help.

last time i flew this route the seat configuration was 1-2-1 so either you or your spouse will have to take the solo seat while the other & your child can take the 2 in the middle....

I though the 2 middle seats face outwards with a partition in the middle?

they do face outward but if you were to take seat 9a for example then your child could take the middle seat on the same row facing you while your spouse could take the one next to the child facing the other way....

in this set up

a1--a2-a3--a4
b1--b2-b3--b4
c1--c2-c3--c4
d1--d2-d3--d4

isn't it better to take for example;
C1 adult and infant
c2 solo child
d1 adult

this way adults in c1 and d2 with cranking of the neck can see the solo child? with the partition in place - c3 is not affected

I am doing BOM-LHR with kids for the first time and have opted for a1/a2/b1/b2 to keep an eye on the little ones

9W's J seat configuration is not ideal for families with kids. When travelling with kids we usually do the same as rtid, and when its just the missus and me, we do a1-b1.
