A lady called up today, but on learning that i am an existing SBI cardholder said that my category is being handled by someone else who would get in touch with me. Back to square one?

got another call today to let me know the documents will be collected between 2-5pm today....lets see what happens....

in my case, someone came ahead of time, barged into office and asked for attention. Then it turned out he did not even have the right form or details on him.

hi AJ, but they are not engaging on the ground as well, sending out the wrong forms, and then in no hurry to come back with the right one. Judgements are based on experiences, and I had a bad one.

Got a call today and the rep said that their guy will come to collect docs between 3-5 but somehow noone arrived. God knows how this company functions
