HELP !! Non-Refundable and Non-changeable

I booked tickets from travel agent for jet airways and i deposit £250 now i want to cancel the ticket so his asking for extra £100, so in total i will loose £350 not only that to change the date his asking for differnt money at the movement everythign is still the same i have my deposite there and i have to pay £685 so i have yet not chnaged my date bcause he is not giving me the refund back for the £250 deposit but also his asking for £100 to cancell.

I realllyy need to get the deposit back and some how pay less for cancellation but in the term and condition of ticket section he has wrote that once ticket is issued tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable. refunds: tickets are non refundable once ticketed.

so at the movement they have done invoice total soo yet we have not brought the ticket only have deposite the £250 so i want my deposite back and want to cancel but his asking for extra £100 for cancell and he will give no money back instead we will have to pay more to book another ticket. this is just not right we really want your help plss helpppp

if the ticket is non-refundable & it has been issued then you will not get your money back....you are entitled to get the tax amount back though....the extra money that the ta is asking for is probably because the fare must have changed for your new travel date....

ask your ta if the ticket has been issued....if it hasn't been then you are entitled to a full refund....if it has been then there is nothing you can do, besides claim back the tax amount....
