award ticket issues with jet

hello all
was trying to book an award ticket kathmandu - delhi - kathmandu with miles...with great difficulty managed to find seats but the transaction does not go beyond authentication by mastercard...was using premier miles card....citibank says that there is some issue with jet airways...it seems they are not validating the transaction....has anybody else had issues like this ? seems jet in not keen to issue award tickets even when its available !!!

this is actually a problem with citibank, not jet....every other card seems to work on the jet airways site except for the premiermiles mastercard....i called citi & they blamed it on jet....jet told me lots of people are complaining about that particular card not working so it can't be a problem on their end....

over the last few weeks i've booked tickets on the jet site using the premiermiles mastercard, citibank ultima & my 2 amex cards....they all worked except for the mastercard....

I've raised this with Citibank (not customer service!) and awaiting details. Jet clearly looks at the Citibank PM card as solid competition and is pulling all the fast ones to make sure they cannot work with Jet. First they withdrew support on the PM website so you can't book jet tickets on PremierMiles via pm.co.in, then, they blocked award bookings on pm.co.in and now this...

How about PM Visa card? Is that also facing a problem?

I might be using the PM visa card towards the end of this month on Jet, if Jet blocks it I might just have to go with Virgin or BA.
