Expiring FR miles???? What to do?

Hello,

Similar to the other thread, I have about 12K miles on FR each for 4 people expiring Dec '11. What can I do with them? Not planning to go to India... I'll use my miles on some people in FT if you want...

12K will give you various options for one-way tickets (e.g., BOM-MAA) in Y,
or short segments such as MAA-TRV in J.

Yes, there may be people here who can use these miles..if you intend to donate them. Some folks may be willing to offer other airline miles, etc in return.

Ryanair has a mileage programme?
Yes, I know that you really mean Flying Returns.
:p

I deff not going to India soon so snod08's plan wouldn't work... you can see I'm only at 46 posts so I can't access Coupon Connection...

I'm willing to barter with anyone. ???

I'll take any USA airlines miles (CO, UA, AA) in exchange.

Points.com

Have you considered visiting www.points.com and exchange your points with thousands of other travelers who are always willing to exchange in various frequent flyer programs?

I remember at one time you could "merge" miles in different accounts (may be had to be family members?) and I have done so a few years ago with Air India. Please check if this option is still available, and then you will have 48k miles which could get you a reasonable partner redemption I guess

Any idea, what is the cost of transferring miles from User A to User B's FR A/c..?
KingClub charges INR 0.5 per mile.
