Best option on BOM-EZE-BOM?

I have to fly to Buenos Aries for a conference in September (6th to 9th).

They only 1 stop connection I am getting from BOM is South African. But I have to fly out on the 4th and fly back on the 14th...as SA flies to both BOM and EZE only thrice a week (on different days). So I can only make the BOM-JNB-EZE connection if I leave on 4th and the return connection if I leave on the 14th.

The only other options is Qatar, via Doha & Sao Paulo, but on the return sector flight has a 22hr layover in Doha!

The other connections are via Europe, which I find rather ridiculous...can anyone suggest an Alternative?

suggestions anyone?

Also heard South African A340-200's (BOM-JNB flight and JNB-EZE flight are both on 340-200's) do not have PTVs, can anyone confirm this?

Hello,

How about the SA connection you mention on 4th September BOM-JNB-EZE.

Then on 11th September take the SA flight from EZE to JNB (leaves 1810, arrives 0825 on 12th September) to connect with 9W (Jet Airways) leaves JNB 1100, arrives BOM 2335.

It does fare quote all on one PNR.

Oh, and forgot to say, no PTV on the SA legs...:(

Thanks for the suggestion...
on which website did you get SA+Jet with one PNR?

I'm an agent so put the itinerary together myself on my GDS/booking system.
I'm not sure what websites would come up with this combination.

How bout British airways Bom Lhr zee rtn.

The transit is simple as it's airside t5 to t5 and only a few hours in between flights in both directions

All airlines in an alliance have the ability to combine PNR, and even many airlines that aren't in an alliance that have codeshares, interlines, FFPs, etc.
You may not be able to get these from online, sometimes you need to use a TA though :/
