9W-CX Thru check in possible?

If we are flying HYD-BOM on 9W and BOM-HKG a few hours later on CX (separate tickets) can we check our bags all the way through and get both the boarding passes in HYD?

if the reservation is on one pnr then it will automotically be checked in to your final destination....if its different pnrs then you simply have to request it at hyd & they should be able to do it....
