terminal 4 to terminal 5, JFK
 

Hi,

I will be coming to JFK by an international flight(Air India) to Terminal 4 and i have a domestic connecting flight in Terminal 5(Jet Blue). I have checked-in baggage, is it walkable distance from terminal 4 to terminal 5? and should i move the checked in baggage my-self to check-in at the Jet Blue Terminal and go through security check?(does Air-India and Jet Blue have some agreement for this)

Take the free Airtrain between Terminal 4 and 5. You have to move your luggage yourself and check in again for the Jetblue flight.

After you exit immigration/baggage claim at T-4, go upstairs. After the departure level, you'll see the way to Airtrain. At the Airtrain platform, take any train destined for Jamaica or Howard Beach (NOT the ones signed for the inter-terminal loop -- they go the long 'way round).

T-5 will be the next stop in the direction of travel.
