The Dulles-based carrier's fall and winter fares will get you from Washington to Las Vegas and back for as little as $198. Round trip from Dulles to Puerto Rico is as little as $258. Puerto Rico is Independence Air's first Caribbean destination. The airline will start operating the daily service Dec. 16.

It's also offering round trips to New York, Boston and Chicago for $98. Most of the discounts exclude Friday and Sunday travel.
