I received the email from DL and US for this bonus, but nothing from AA.

AA will have a separate (though somewhat similar) dining-specific bonus coming up in a week or two, as part of its 30 Days 30th Anniversary series of promos.
It's only DL, US, AS, and (hotel) PC that have this bonus so far, as far as has been reported here.

AA doesn't have this bonus. It has a Shop, Dine, Travel bonus (which requires $30 cumulative eShopping for the Shop, $30 cumulative dines for the Dine, and one flight or miles-earning hotel stay or miles-earning car rental for the Travel, all completed within the next few weeks) for 3k bonus. Yes, I know about both AA offers you list above. I all ready completed the EAT, BUY and TRAVEL offer this weekend. Now I will earn as many miles as I can with DL and US until the AA Dine promo begins in about two weeks. After the AA promo ends in mid-June, I will return to the DL/US promo for the rest of June.

I haven't checked all of them, but I have seen it on my UA bonus page when logged in. Unfortunately, it's still useless (saying at "selected" restaurants "shown below", but then not showing any!). We have to wait for them to fix that before this bonus will be of much use to anyone...

Thinking that I would start beating Idine out of some small dines I called to see if the ratings applied to everything, or only selected, and yet unnamed, places. The CSR said that we really shouldn't be able to see the bonus as it is still being tweaked and hasn't yet launched: "Pulling the trigger before loading the gun" was the slang that I believe we used in high school.
