iDine is out?
 

Good Morning,
Staying in New Orleans and went to use the iDine app on my phone to find a nice breakfast spot .... there is only one participating place showing in the whole greater NOLA area !! I went to look at my list of favorites in different cities I regularly visit ... shows them all no longer participating ?!?!

Upon further investigation it's looking like there are still decent choices in other cities, jut not in New Orleans!

First of all, do you mean the cashback subprogram iDine? I don't use that so I can't check.

But in a sample airline dining program from Rewards Network (the current name for the umbrella company which used to called iDine), in this case SkyMiles Dining, I get at least 15 restaurants on the web (not app) search in New Orleans proper, plus another bunch in surrounding towns like Gretna, Metarie, Hanahan (where btw I ate and got miles just last weekend at Happy Italian), etc.

So, no, they have not dropped New Orleans or surrounding towns from the airline dining programs.

I can't tell whether your problem is that the app is having issues (have you tried the regular website?), or that the iDine cashback program doesn't have all the same restaurants as the airline dining programs any more.

Must have been a temporary glitch. Now seeing 46 places to go using the Rewards Network.

The website is pretty glitchy IME, even more so if viewing it on a mobile device. :(
