All double, no trouble promotion details - United

T&C's: ". . . This special promotion is combinable with all other Mileage Plus Dining bonuses. The double miles only count towards the miles you can earn on your spend amount, not on additional bonus miles you can earn through any other Mileage Plus Dining bonuses. . ."

Not bad, so I read this that if you've registered for the United Double Miles Everyday Bonus (good through 3/31/10), you can effectively get triple miles if you dine M, T or W.
1. Miles for the dine
2. Miles for United Double Miles Everyday Bonus
3. Miles for All Double, No Trouble

* ALL DOUBLE, NO TROUBLE PROMOTION DETAILS
* The All Double, No Trouble promotion is open to all AAdvantage DiningSM members. No registration is required.

To earn double AAdvantage® miles, you must dine at any participating restaurants, bars or clubs on any Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday beginning March 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010 and then submit a survey about the dine within 30 days of each dine. Dines on all other days of the week will not count toward All Double, No Trouble. If your membership level changes after the dine(s) applicable for this promotion, but before a survey about the dine is submitted, the double AAdvantage® miles will be awarded based on your membership level at the time of the dine. In addition, all dines must occur during a valid reward period and be paid for with a credit or debit card registered in the AAdvantage DiningSM program. There is no maximum number of AAdvantage® miles that can be earned with this promotion. This special promotion is combinable with all other AAdvantage DiningSM bonuses. The double AAdvantage® miles only count towards the AAdvantage® miles you can earn on your spend amount, not on additional bonus miles you can earn through any other AAdvantage DiningSM bonuses. Please allow 4-6 weeks after you dine for base miles to post to your AAdvantage DiningSM account. The double AAdvantage® miles will be awarded after the submission of a completed survey within 30 days of the dine. All account inquiries related to this bonus must be received by March 31, 2011.

Please note that some restaurants offer rewards only on certain days of the week or up to a maximum spending amount per month. For complete program Terms and Conditions, guidelines and restrictions, and the latest rewards calendar, visit aa.rewardsnetwork.com. Other limitations may apply.
Thanks for pointing out the restrictions. In my euphoria I did not notice the limitations.

late posting of dine results in late review

I had a dine that would qualify for All Double, No Trouble, except that the dine didn't post for over a month. After several complaining emails, it finally posted, and I immediately did a review. However, the review was more than 30 days after the dine. I asked RewardsNetwork to be sure to post the All Double, No Trouble bonus, because the review was only delayed because they didn't post the dine. However, they have not responded nor has the bonus posted. Any thoughts on what to do next?

Call again. Mention that you called before, and ask if that's in your record, and if they need any more info, etc. (On some occasions where I've either emailed or faxed something, when I call back later for some reasaon they find no record of it being received, and ask me to send the info again.)

They have the ability to post "customer service bonus" or such (ie, manually adding the miles for a missed bonus). I know because I had dine which had posted but incorrectly (and because of the incorrect posting didn't trigger a bonus). I sent them the receipt which showed how the dine should have posted. They couldn't correct the posting, so apparently they just did a "manual" bonus which was of the same amount that I would have earned had the dine posted correctly in the first place.

Problems with AAdvantage Dining "All Double, No Trouble"??

Has anyone else had troubles this month earning their Rewards Network Dining Miles or Bonus Miles as part of the "All Double, No Trouble" Promotion?

I usually see the dining miles post within 5-7 days, and the bonus miles for dining on a M,Tu, or W post 7-10 days. On 6/8 I had two qualifying dines, and the bonus points for lunch posted last week, while the bonus for the dinner have not. Other previous dinings have not posted and bonus miles have been hit or miss since mid-May.

Just wanted to see if my experience has been unique. Generally, the Rewards Network Dining has been fast, efficient and accurate, so I'm wondering what others are experiencing.

Thanks,
Shwuck

I have had no trouble - some time after I receive my e-mail and have done the restaurant's evaluation, I get the miles. But all this does take some time, and it absolutely requires filling out the evaluation within thirty days of your dine.

To add something quite positive, "All Double, No Trouble" has been extended through 31 Dec 2010 for American Airlines AAdvantage members. 10 miles per dollar spent - yesss! (Not to mention, it's nice to earn 3 HHonors points per dollar - and even up to 1,000 OpenTable points on some of these dines.)

Now, this thread will be moved to the iDine / Rewards Network Forum; please follow it there. / Moderator

My dining hAAppiness was increased when I saw the "All Double, No Trouble" bonus has been extended through the end of 2010! I have linked to the RN AAdvantage Dining version illustration in the OP to show exactly how RN is working it.

N.B. As Elizabeth mentions in the following post, ALL programs participating in the original program have been extended through December 31 2010! These are listed in the first post.

Don't forget - you must:

1) Dine on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday (with the property's allowable, registered credit cards)

2) You must RATE the dine within thirty dayss - the e-mail should arrive ~5 days from your dine:

I haven't had any issues with this bonus posting correctly/timely since its inception. Even when there were overlapping bonuses, everything posted within 3 weeks at the latest. (Some promos posted faster than others.)

+1 on the extension!

Saw the expansion

10 miles/$ here I come

Hit several on the Kenai Peninsula last weekend so it was pretty nice

Would be nice to have more days though... guess these are the 'lows' in the restaurant industry.
