Payment Method is not valid for this purchase
 
I am using Iberia.com and trying to book an award ticket. Whether I try using a credit card or even Paypal, I get an error message “The payment method is not valid for this purchase”

Any ideas?

Have gotten stuck here before and then had to call to get cc taken and pay the additional $25 for customer service processing ticket.
