So I am OW Sapphire. I am traveling from ATH to FCO on Iberia operated by Vueling. Will I have lounge access? I arrive in ATH at 23:00 and don't depart till 03:30 so hoping to have that time with lounge access since it is open 24h

As OW Sapphire with an IB ticket, I would think so. Which airline are you checking in with? IB or VY - that would seem to determine if you have access.

Lounge Dragons may differ....

On Vueling metal non-IB+ OW elites are not entitled to lounge access. As always, it is the operating carrier that matters for such things...

You can always try, but don't expect to be allowed in.

I understood that IB Plus Gold members had lounge access on Vueling flights booking the Optima fare but the other day they did not allow someone that entered the lounge when I was registering. :td:

I know the solution is to book on the IB web but this does not allow you to book Vueling flights long time ahead. I booked a Bcn-Milan flight 8 months in advance and the IB web would only offered flights through Mad so I had to book in the Vueling website. Now I want to book a flight Bcn-Waw for March 2016 and, in the IB web, they only offer flights via Heathrow in spite that at the Vueling web offer the direct flights for the same days.:confused:

Last but not least, in the last 2 months, no lounges in Seville and neither in Ibiza over 1 hour delay each time. :mad:
