confused about website

confused about website
this morning i thought a simple task .seat selection in bussines on our flight from casablanca to madrid and madrid to rome vice versa in oktober for both of us ,after making my choice rhe price to pay was double.
So make a second try and suceeded for 2 seats for my wife and made my payment .
When i check my reservation i see that all the seats i made my choice for it were assigned including 2 seats i paid for .
So what to expect ?

After a few hours i could chance the seats in the first 2 flights and paid for it .
I thought yes . but again a new problem on my confirmation from iberia everything was as it had to be BUT on website first flight we were on different rows ..Monday see what i can do on it .

Become more interesting.
I made the booking with Amex travel bit higher price but i have always a good experience with them .
After the booking i received the ticket and the amount was on my account in ,,waiting ,, today it wasnt there anymore and not by,, payed ,,too !.Soo i called amex and they were surprised too .and my seats NOT availible .
we exchanced screenshots .On mine screenshots from today you see the seats assigned on amex not availble . Same website same flights ?????
And i cant log in anymore .

3 aug i got the E tickets and still iberia didnt charge my creditcard
Amex asked 3 times if my tickets were okay and got 3 times the same answer no problem .
But Amex is still confused that they didnt charged ,they are checking this and wait for a answer . We have time and they are alert on it .
Still impossible to log in too even after change password.

iberia do not charge creditcard
Meaby i hope know what is my position in this situation ??
4 aug made a reservation for the flights casablanca /madrid to rome vice versa with Amex travel got my E tickets the same day and the price to pay on my CC reservation part
It stayt here several days and dissapeared from the reservations part ,normaly it goes to the payment part bur nothing happend .
2 weeks later Iberia didnt charge my creditcard !
Amex travel checked my Eticket no problem say iberia customerservice but cant understand why Iberia didnt charched my CC .
Amex asked iberia about the problem that they dont charge payment ,no answer .
I am worried that by check in there are problems and denied boarding .
what to do now ??

Na bijna 3 weken zie ik op mijn AMEX account dat Iberia eindelijk afgeschreven heeft dit na de nodige druk van Amex travel
Bij mijn contact met hun kantoor in casblanca weer een totaal andere stoeltreservering .Lossen we wel op bij het inchecken .
