T4 to T4S Connection Time?

Flying IB VCE to MAD and then MAD to MIA. T4 to T4S.

Is 2hr 15 min connection time do-able ?

J class, HBO, Same ticket.

is it a train?, bus? walking? between terminals? What’s the fastest way?
Is there any Fast track security?
Do we have to go through any passport control?
Do we have to check in again at Iberia T4S ?

Thanks for any help.

Very easily doable.

You walk off the VCE flight into the departures area of T4 main so just follow the signs to S gates and it will take you to the train platform to get to T4S.

Once there just go through passport control, up the lift or escalators and the lounge is in the back of the duty free store.

There's no extra security to clear and I'd say depending on the line at passport control the whole thing should take 25 minutes or so at a regular pace.

Wether you have an EU passport may affect the speed of passport control.

Another tip….when entering the Tram take the one farthest to your right.

then go straight to the elevators. The escalators are many and long. Not a big deal but if you are pressed for time it makes a difference.

If you take the lifts down from passport control (which you should) then it's the door to the tram right in front of the lift.
