IB flights not appearing on oneworld network map

Does anyone know why no Iberia fights are appearing on oneworld network map
Searching for IB flights from Madrid returns "Sorry. No destinations could be found from Adolfo Suarez-Barajas Airport"
(or maybe IB has stopped flying from MAD!!)

For me it does work, but I find it quite a difficult tool to use due to the sheer number of destinations.

I admit to generally using Wikipedia when I'm checking out destinations from Madrid.

Edit: I see what you mean, apologies. It shows lots of flights but they're not actually Iberia.

The trick to reducing the number of destinations showing is:
- click on Destinations and then
- clear the tick mark on "Include Connections"

When I do that and select "Leaving from" = Madrid and "With Airline" = Iberia then I get no flights returned
Would you please confirm for me that you are getting flights with those settings (if you are, then I have a problem my end)

Yes, you're correct, sorry.

It shows lots of destinations, but yes, very bizarrely they're not with Iberia. Weird.

If they do, I hope they can fix the issue where Iberia Express routes don't appear on that map, even though they are a OneWorld affiliate.

There's a similar (but shorter) thread on the oneworld forum: https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/oneworld/2007999-iberia-flights-not-showing-ow-interactive-map.html

The map is a product of Innovata/Cirium but I never got a response when I previously tried to report a problem with BA Comair data incorrectly displayed as "operated by Kulula"

Maybe try these links and see if you have more luck than I did?

I contacted Cirrium four hours ago
Got a fast response from a Help Desk person - asking for a screen shot of the problem, which I provided.
No further response as yet
