Special Meal not loaded for 12hr flight. Is it worth complaining?

Just boarded flight from MAD-LIM, flying business class with Iberia and crew just informed me they forgot to load my gluten free meals for the 12hr flight. The meal was confirmed over the phone and at check-in desk. Is it worth complaining to Iberia afterwards or likely to be a waste of time?

Annoyingly, despite the fact they're both owned by IAG, unlike BA, Iberia don't carry the on board menu allergy information. So my food options are looking rather limited!

Complain to the crew, ask them to fill a report. Then complain after you've travelled for some Avios compo (don't think you will succeed wish cash compo).

It's a redemption booking, wouldn't really expect cash anyway, but some avios is always nice, so thanks, I'll do that.
