Iberia Avios website unable to log in
 

Hi all,

I've been unable to log into the Iberia website for months now. Reaching out to customer support or their Twitter support has received no response whatsoever either ...

Having not been able to reach anyone, I got frustrated and tried to just log in to combine my avios to my BA account on Avios.com, but that part of the website also seems to be broken.

Would appreciate any suggestions.

My first suggestion is to try to log in with an incognito/private window in your web browser. The Iberia website has a lot of issues with cookies and cache.

have you tried using Chrome?

I seem to remember it may be possible to reset your password directly from the app. I think this has helped users in the past.
