Upgrade options on TA ticket
Apologies if this has been covered in the past but I am used to BA's POUG system and was wondering if the same principles apply to IB. I understand that I could, potentially, bid for an upgrade but am I likely to be offered the option at all since the ticket was issued by my TA?
