Groupon Spain to Iberia Avios Problem

For the first time (and last time) I purchased from Groupon 35,000 Avios in May.

Nightmare Customer Services...

They are saying that I have redeemed my voucher correctly....but the points can't be delivered due to an incident. They will not say what the incident is!

I have asked what have I done wrong? Answer nothing.

They will not refund my money and they say there is no certainty I will every get my points.

I am trying a chargeback but this may not materialise (Capital on Tap)

When I go on the chat line they seem more interested in trying to get me signed up to an offer than dealing with problem.

Emails get no replies.....

Any suggestions please?

I haven't received mine either, although I haven't contacted Iberia yet. There's another thread for this,
