Iberia Express customers service email address?
 
Yesterday I added check in luggage from their website and paid, the PNR number is unchanged but the booking status remain pending, and there is no ticket number available...

checked their website, only phone number available to call... is there any email address then I can write to them?

Did you try to book as I2 or IB?

Regardless, no airline will deal with an issue such as this via email.
